How promotions in the guild will work.
1. New Member --> Member: This will simply be done by the amount of time you have spent with the guild. 2-4 weeks of being an active guildy (i.e., grouping with other guildies your level, helping those in guild chat by sharing information, etc.), will generally be sufficient.
2. Member --> Veteran: This will be established your contributions to fellow guildies, exemplified through unselfish grouping to instances, doing things for others (i.e. crafting items, enchanting, etc), sending items, and having a good understanding of the game mechanics, class roles, etc.
3. Veteran --> Temp O: A continuation of the above. You will have to be truly outstanding in our eyes, as you can only rise to this rank at select times, through officer nomination, and finally, election (if multiple choices exist)
4. Temp O --> Officer: After your trial time as a Temp Officer you will be promoted to this rank unless you do something drastic which would prevent you. (Such as breaking the rules).
5. Raid Leader: a Raid veteran who knows the instance inside out. This position will probably be overlapped with the current officers just because of how things are, but feel free to contact an officer about getting this position.
6. Recruiter: A position reserved for people who want to take a more active role in the guild but cannot devote the time to being a more full-fledged member. You will only be allowed to /ginvite.
7. Class Representatives: A spot meant for veteran gamers. These are players well in-tune with their class, know where their class loot drops, and are meant to take responsibilities off the GM's shoulders during raids and the such. They're being chosen from the existing set of officers so the position is not open. Go to your class representative first and foremost with any questions. If any class rep steps down, the next senior member gets the position. (This hand-off will only be given by the original CR).
8. Mute/Kick: You will be muted, or kicked, by the discretion of any officer, for breaking the rules depending on severity. A kick is non-negotiable, so don't piss us off.
